The following recording is primarily between Tom, Andrew's father, and Captain Foels from December 1, 2018 after the incident where Tom and Andrew were both arrested. This is also the incident where Tom falsely reported that an officer broke his glasses.

Highlights:
4:40 - Tom spoke of having high blood pressure because of Andrew.
4:55 - Tom described the home as being 'so peaceful' after Andrew was removed, stating that both he and Jan can now freely move about their own home without fear of upsetting Andrew.
11:38 - Tom stated the incident which started the November 26th dispute: Andrew ate an entire meatloaf, something Tom had prepared to be a meal for the following day. This was something Andrew did to deliberately spite Tom.
