Not a Crisis (Part 2) (January 2021)

Andrew calls Crisis Services complaining that the bed in his hotel is now wet (that is, he urinated in it) and bloody (from his skin sores.) When instructed to call the hospital and told truthfully that he makes his many conditions worse, Andrew abandons his sad 'baby voice' and becomes defensive.
