‼️BOMBSHELL: Writer Of 1989 Bioweapon Act Writes Affidavit that Covid mRNA Injection Meets Definition of BioWeapon of Mass Destruction

One of the world’s leading legal experts and law professor who wrote the 1989 Biological Weapons/Antiterrorism Act just provided an affidavit that Covid 19 shot is a weapon of mass destruction.

Harvard educated professor, Dr. Francis Boyle, submitted the affidavit in an Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus that seeks to compel Governor DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of ‘COVID 19 injections’.

In Professor Boyle's affidavit he wrote:
"It is my expert opinion that, 'COVID-19 nanoparticle injections' or ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections' or 'COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023)."
