Hollywood needles

If you look close enough, you can see the heroin needles under the bridge in Hollywood (FL) . This city is slowly failing but calling it progress. There was a SEVERE issue with the homeless for quite sometime.
After bussing many of the homeless people to other areas of south Florida, they allowed developers to come in and gentrify. The gentrification caused substantial rent increases and people are winding up homeless again.

Drugs are the only constant. And it shows, in the landscape and the community residents.
