Are All Season 2 Characters from Story Mode?

Everything, but the silhouete, points to Ed being the third DLC characters for Season 2 of Street Fighter V. We'll soon know the truth, and, if it is him, then what's next? All Story Mode characters?

And what about the dolls? I have an idea of how to have them in the game. Tell me what you think.
