Claire Redfield is continuing to look for her brother after the Raccoon City incident and she was tipped by an unknown source about an Umbrella facility in Paris. When she tried to infiltrate the facility, she was caught, after which she was taken to the Umbrella prison in Rockfort Island.
This game continues the story after Resident Evil 2 ends.

I play this game using the Gamecube version of Resident Evil Code Veronica X. It has improved HD textures, a widescreen patch and reshade. The game is upscaled from 480p to 1440p for increased graphical fidelity.
