In Senate floor remarks on Wednesday, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) railed about the impact of inflation on his constituents, and blamed President Biden.
But the Congress voted for it anyway, even knowing what would happen. Like the senator said, its economics 101, you shouldn't have to be persuaded to not pass the spending bill that was passed.
