Cute Rescued Shih Tzu & the Cone of Shame

Bobka, the rescued Shih Tzu doesn't like to wear this awful Cone of Shame (also known as Elizabethan collar, e-collar, pet ruff, or treat funnel) that doesn't let him scratch his itching head and ears. But he loves his new forever home and his new dog parents so he has to put up with it.
