Also, there needs to be a right to present ANYTHING the defense wants to during a trial, as allowing the prosecution to prevent the defense from telling their whole story and reasoning can be, and is, used to skew the trial AGAINST the truth in favor of the prosecution. This is one of the reasons why we cannot trust the court system, and one of the reasons we get wrongful convictions.
