Russian President Vladimir Putin presented today, addressing Russian diplomats, a new proposal to Kiev and the West for solving the Ukrainian crisis.

He also presented the essence of Russia's proposal, which, as he emphasized, is not a temporary truce or cease-fire, as for example the West wants, to stop losses in order to disarm the Kiev regime and prepare it for a new offensive.
"I will repeat, it is not about freezing the conflict, but about ending it definitively." I will say once again - as soon as Kiev agrees to a similar course of events that we are proposing today, agrees to the complete withdrawal of its troops from the DNR, LNR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, and that process actually begins, we are ready to start negotiations without delay.
