Question for the MEN... (Especially BLACK MEN) What is stopping you from changing?

Blacks, especially BLACK MEN, have an identity crisis from not having a rooted culture to teach from, loss of self-pride/esteem, tarnished image, loss of respect as a community after the 60s, matriarch led-absent and excluded father/role models. The average black woman does not have your best interest and have separated themselves from Black men. Revision of BM "image" overall is needed, starting his own self-respect, language, and setting the tone in the household with his woman and his children.
