Phone Prankster Poses as Poroshenko, Negotiates with Head of NATO - Actual Recording

While these "negotiations" will likely be kept secret, Lexus and Vovan did have multiple officially confirmed pranks before, i.e. negotiating with Poroshenko as "President of Kyrgizstan" , negotiating with President of Belarus as "son of Yanukovich", with Elton John as "representative of Vladimir Putin", and negotiating with multiple Russian and Ukrainian government officials, to include head of Russia's Central Election Commission, the Minister of Sports, Natalia Poklonskaya, Klichko and Saakashvili.
Not officially confirmed but likely real pranks include U.S. General McNeeley and Turkish President Erdogan.
