📽️Restless Sleep 😴 Funny Nights In Bed January 19, 2024 (PLMD)

Hi, I'm Christine, I suffer from a condition called PLMD which are repetitive movements of the arms, legs and/or feet while sleeping. People diagnosed with PLMD don’t have conscious urges to move their limbs. The lack of unconscious urges to move and discomfort leaves many people with PLMD unaware of their night symptoms.

I also have restless legs, where you get an irresistible urge to move your legs when you are sitting or lying down. I'll often feel vague but intense strange sensations in my legs. The sensations I feel are creeping, tugging or like insects crawling in my legs.
I pace alot and constantly move my legs when im sitting/standing. During sleep my legs move spontaneously and uncontrollably.

I got the idea to purchase a motion camera to see how I'm sleeping at night, since I've been really tired during the day. 😴☕
