Precious Metals Will Be Manipulated Higher | Rick Rule

"Markets are bigger than politicians," says legendary investor Rick Rule. All markets are manipulated, he notes, and they are manipulated in the direction that the manipulators find it easiest to move. Rule expects that the trend from now on for metals will be up.
