Originally released in 1967 on Decca Records, catalogue number DL 74859.

Audio here taken from an early 1970's US pressing of the original Decca Records vinyl LP which I found recently in a $1 Records bin at a local second hand record store. It has some surface noise but overall it is a reasonable copy of the original LP.
