Sodium Citrate using Malic Acid -L and Food Grade Washing Soda to create a sodium citrate that does not have mold in it.

Note: This version of sodium citrate is better for colloidal nanoparticles but may give unpredictable results. Don’t use this version for cooking food. Use the lemon juice-based stock if you are looking for a no-mold cooking substitute.
