DEPOSITION: Major Case Update In Nevada

We are fighting to defend students’ and parents’ rights. We are assisting two parents in their fight against a Nevada public school district that forced their child to perform a pornographic monologue in class. When the mother attempted to read the same monologue before the school board, her mic was cut off.
We secured an initial victory in federal court when the Las Vegas school district tried to have our case dismissed. The ACLJ is in Nevada conducting depositions (interviewing witnesses on the record) for the upcoming trial, which will likely take place in 2025.
