Gluten Free pancakes

Pancakes -so good !
1/2 c old fashioned oats, GF
I ripe banana
2 eggs
1/2t baking powder
1/2 t vanilla

Blend together in a blender
Cook on electric griddle set to 325 degrees . Eat with pure maple syrup or plain (I like a little Kerigold butter but that’s it)
