Visualisations Of Depression! 💙

One of the recurring themes of visualizations of depression is darkness.💙

Darkness from being at the bottom of a well, darkness from being in a void, darkness from being at the bottom of an ocean, darkness from being in a tunnel and generally there's very little or no light at all in that darkness. 💙

I just want to let you know that when you heal from depression one of the things you'll be doing is uncovering the light that is in you, has always been within you and will always continue to be within you. 💙

There is light even in the darkest of depressions. 💙
