SPLC Adds Catholics to “Hate Map”

“Radical tradtionalist Catholics” are the latest to get branded as a “hate group” by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in their 2023 hate map, released earlier this month. According to the SPLC website, this map is used to track “the organizational infrastructure upholding white supremacy in the U.S.”

This is the same organization the FBI cited in a now-leaked report that called Catholics “violent extremists” and the Biden Administration reached out to for advice in countering the “domestic terror threat.”
