Ingredients and quantity:
- cabbage 1200 g / 2.645 lb;
- carrots 100 g / 0.220 lb;
- onion 80-100 g / 0.176-0.220 lb;
- tomato 100-145 g / 0.220-0.319 lb;
- peas 100 g / 0.220 lb;
- sausages 200-250 g / 0.440-0.551 lb;
- sunflower oil 25 g / 0.055 lb.
Cooking specifications:
- wash cabbage;
- chop cabbage;
- chop carrots;
- cut tomato, onion and sausages;
The total duration of stewing the dish is 30-35 minutes.
- heat the pan;
- give sunflower oil;
- easily fry chopped onions and carrot;
- pour chopped cabbage;
- stew for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally;
- add chopped tomato;
- stew for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally;
- add peas and chopped sausages and mix;
- stew for 5 minutes;
- divide into portions.
Cooking time is 40-50 minutes.
