CONFUSE DIVIDE CONTROL

As the population of the planet increases the herd must be divided and divided yet again. It's not enough to split the flock into black sheep, white sheep because each group is still large enough to overpower the shepherds should they catch on to the scheme.
Growing up we had three networks, and public television. Then UHF channels emerged. The cable, 24 hour news, Internet, streaming, podcasts, to the point where the sheeple were subdivided so many times that they're less of a threat.
It's more difficult now to build a majority to make decisions.
Israel/Palestine is a good example.
The divide and conquer paradigm has worked throughout history. It still works, however confusion must be acknowledged in the formula.
