Cooking Delicious Recipes viral vlog soup mushroom soup cream mushroom soup

6 tbsp butter
1 cup onion, small diced
1/2 cup leek, small diced
2 pounds button mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp flour
4 cups chicken stock (I used veg. Stock)
1 cup heavy cream (I used cashew cream)
Salt and Pepper to taste
