Nukes, Nukes, Nukes... It's All About Nukes!

The United States and China conduct a "semi-official" meeting about nuclear weapons specifically related to Taiwan and China's use of them if Taiwan is beating China after a Chinese invasion of Taiwan. China insists Nuclear weapons are off the table, while making it clear losing to Taiwan is not going to happen.

All this takes place while the Chinese Military attacks Philippine boats in the South China Sea.
