Remember, ALL contracts created under Legislation MUST be LAWFUL contracts that are without fraud, deception, threat, coercion, intimidation, violence, and be wet signed by all concerned parties, and with fully informed consent. If this wasn't the case then the contract is not just null and void but it's an unlawful criminal act. Contract Law is what law of commercial operates under. Legislation is corporate law, therefore to create joinder and bring a living man/woman into the corporate arena by way of their legal fiction aka strawman then the contract MUST adhere to contract law.
