\18:15 Nadia: "One of the big issues in getting you placed is the fact that you use diapers but in your records it doesn't seem as though you actually are having physical issues which would require it where you are needing to wear them."

Nadia: “ You can make a phone call you can communicate you can email you can text you can record conversations- you can YouTube from what I understand, you have a YouTube channel this is what I've been told some sort of social media channel, those are very high level of functioning the fact that you can change your diaper with help, you know, is showing your fine motor skills. Within the speech when you call me with messages in the phone call you display a speech impediment, but then further in the conversation you speech totally normal.”
