I suffered depression for about 20 years. It gradually got worse and worse over time. Eventually I got help because of a divorce which blindsided me. I've been doing therapy and self-help work for over three years. 💙

As a previous scientist, I love diving into the complexities of the human mind and body in an attempt to understand them. When my curiosity returned, I dived into learning about depression. It's a horrible illness that robs people of their feelings, energy and ability to think clearly. You become less than human as your vitality is stolen. 💙

I now want to combine what I've researched with what I've learned from therapy and offer it to people currently in depression. 💙
