This ridiculous increase of Welfare started with the former Quack mayor Bill De Blasio, whose real name is Warren Wilhelm. He increased the eligibility for this program for those who don't have children. This program is continuing under Eric Adams. If this keeps up New York city will be Bankrupt. This is why everyone is leaving the city and state.
