Today, I'm reacting to Florence + The Machine's "Shake It Out." After two incredibly tough days, I finally feel much better. Surfing for two hours provided me with a lot of clarity and peace.

The past days were challenging, and the stress combined with negative self-talk almost led me to relapse. Financial struggles and work stress triggered a backsliding mindset, and I found myself planning a relapse. However, I managed to pull back, and that's a significant achievement for me. For the first time, the voice of my true self was louder than the voice of addiction.

"Shake It Out" by Florence + The Machine is the perfect track to help me move past these difficult days. This song has been in my playlist since my time in Norway, and it holds a special place in my heart. Florence's music always speaks volumes, so I'll let the track do the talking.
