London Under Attack - Predictive Programming by the BBC

In this video, the BBC Panorama's drama documentary called London Under Attack is a fictitious scenario of a series of terrorist attacks on London. It was aired on 16th May 2004. Then, almost exactly a year later, an actual terrorist attack occurred in London on the 7th July 2005 with disturbing similarities. Is this mere coincidence, or yet another example of pre-programming the masses, as occurs all too often with these "terror attacks" (false flags)?
