Damage Recon: Frost Strikes While Rest of Nation Fries

I saw skies were clearing. I saw the forcast upper 30s for a low but believed it despite a trend of cooler local temps vs. the NWS station. But hey, it's MID JUNE now so ... another check on the learning curve.
