We went on a birthday adventure, prospecting for gold after a California rainstorm. The ground was too wet to dry wash, and we were hoping this secret creek had enough running water to sluice for gold. While digging for gold with Jeff and Nick, I noticed a culvert pipe along the path and tested the dirt inside for gold. Would we find any?
