Russ will continue to be documented and archived because the creators and communities that support, promote, and allow him to hold a moderator wrench in their chats excuse and cover up his behavior. This grown man is treated like a child, people claim he's "innocent and light-hearted" when he is a seriously disturbed person who IMHO is a danger to women, period. Russ has a pattern of behavior stretching years online where he becomes grossly obsessed with women who come in contact with him directly or indirectly. He has violent sexual thoughts about these women which he feels comfortable enough speaking about publicly. Because MULTIPLE creators shield him he has become emboldened and believes his behavior is normal and acceptable. It isn't, so if I have to bring attention to him myself.. that's what I'll do.

Please take note of the names in his chat, especially the repeat visitors. This is why his chat is being documented as well. We should take note of those in support of creators threatening to sexually assault creators they don't like online.
