Healing is actually very simple, so simple when we bring is back to basics.

Healthy Self = Heal Thy Self - You are the healer and always have been

We live in a world where we heavily rely on the 'expertise' and opinions of others and over the generations we have forgotten to pay attention to what our bodies have always been telling us.

We also have been born into a system where there is much evil at play, set up to keep us sick, distracted, unhealthy and dependant on others.

The word healing is attached to having to reach and achieve a certain place, where we can say we are healed. When in fact healing is a continuation of life, every day we get to show up and when we show up from love, we are healing every day.

Healing as a feeling is peace, love, joy, calmness and flow.

We are going through an Awakening and a HUGE part of this is the truth about healing and how we have been lied to so much in order for us to be controlled.

This will be very hard to stomach for the masses, especially with all the lives that have been destroyed over the years. However we have all been fast asleep and as soon as we become aware of the simplicity to heal, we then always have a choice to take ownership of our lives and start living the way we were designed to live. We have been so far away from this until recently.
