Chicory blossoms

These flowers appeared a week ago near our garden. Our friend "DaddyOCooljet" found out that this is "Chicory". By the way, a very useful plant. Can be added to tea or coffee for flavor.

It is a drawback of our gardening that we do not grow "Chicory". This spice would be useful in rural life. Free gift from nature. Maybe next year we'll grow it.
