MSNBC argues against calls for DRUG TESTING for BIDEN before the Debate!

If Joe Biden is truly not using performance enhancing drugs before big events, like the state of the union address, or the debate this Thursday, then what’s the harm in him submitting to testing? Unless Joe is trying to hide something.
