Bringing Back the Beef Meximelt from Taco Bell

For those of us who remember the Taco Bell Beef Meximelt we still mourn its passing. They did away with it several years ago and there hasn't been even a whisper about bringing it back. Well, who needs taco bell! We can make this thing ourselves, right?
