Litman: Disagreements in Trump’s Immunity Decision, Does Not Explain Why It’s Taking Longer
RUSH TRANSCRIPT:
CAPEHART: “Leah, listening to market, I’m thinking the legitimacy, if the court does what mark is predicting, the legitimacy of the court will be supremely no pun intended, supremely in question. And I want to come back to something you wrote in The New York Times where you said this whole thing is rotten in terms of the delay in the immunity case. What is the evidence of something rotten? And does it get to the overall problem of the legitimacy in the eyes of the public, the legit is legitimacy of the court?”
LITMAN: “There is so much wrong, and I don’t want to take up your entire program, but in cases that benefit Trump and the Republican Party, when you think to win challenge came to vaccine program, they managed to get that one out. Even if there is disagreement that does not explain why it is taking a much longer and again they managed, the timing and ways that you can benefit one side versus the other.”
