Rant of the Week: Canada's 'progressive' political parties are run by a bunch of windbags

In this recent conversation with Wissam Hassan, a Palestinian now living in Canada, we discussed how Canada’s supposedly ‘progressive’ political parties have betrayed Palestinians.

The NDP has the power to bring down Trudeau’s minority government, but NDP leader Jagmeet Singh will not use his leverage over Trudeau's government to force the government to hold Israel accountable for its crimes. What better reason is there to bring down a government than its support for a genocide?

Moreover, both the NDP and the Green Party of Canada fully supported Canada's arming of Ukraine, but neither of them has whispered a word about the Palestinians' right to use armed resistance.

Evidently, both Singh and Green Party leader Elizabeth May believe that Palestinians must submit passively to their own destruction.
