The no-swimming advisory at Oval Beach has been lifted.

The advisory was put in effect after the Allegan County Health Department found high amounts of E. coli at the beach last week. The advisory said the high bacteria levels were being caused by a nearby runoff. The advisory was lifted after water testing showed acceptable levels of E. coli.
