Triple-A Michigan says the average price is three-dollars-51-cents, which is down 18-cents in the past month and three-cents less than last year. A 15-gallon fill up costs 52-dollars on average. The highest prices in the state are in Ann Arbor and Traverse City at three-57, and Benton Harbor has the most affordable gas at three-44.
