MAKICHUK: Rumours of Smith's demise are greatly exaggerated

Naheed Nenshi has taken the reins of the provincial NDP, raising the stakes for political power. Columnist Dave Makichuk thinks Bill Marriott, who commented last week, was unduly pessimistic.
