Can I Replace my STOLEN Yu-Gi-Oh Deck for LESS Than $100???

Taking a break from Marvel/DC, today I want to see if it is possible to replace my original Yu-Gi-Oh Deck which was STOLEN from my house right under my nose. I don't even play Yu-Gi-Oh anymore but I want those cards back, at the same time I don't want to spent an arm and a leg. Let's see how close I can get to replacing my original Yu-Gi-Oh deck using no more than $100 dollars.
