Very tasty and quick dinner, like from a restaurant

Steaks with strawberries, a dish like from a restaurant! Try cooking, the taste is just amazing, sweet and sour meat sauce is just wow!

Pork steaks 800 g -5 pieces, you can have pork or beef

• Oil for frying

• Salt and pepper

Salt the steaks, fry over high heat for 7-10 minutes on each side (depending on your preferences). We pack in foil, let them rest.

• Strawberry, berries - 500 g

• Balsamic vinegar - 30-50 ml

• Sugar - 1 tbsp

Pour strawberries, add balsamic vinegar and sugar to the pan. We will cook until the strawberries let in the juice and the sugar begins to caramelize. End 4-5 minutes.
