IMPORTANT NOTE* It seems as though 2 small errors in this video.

1) The human body does produce B12 under certain circumstances but cannot be relied upon, especially in general western cultures with the types of foods that we eat.

2) Spirulina does not contain B12 in the same way that we thought - it contains an imitation B12, similar but not quite the same.
