How To Prepare A Poor Man's Brisket | The Neighbors Kitchen

Today we're preparing a couple beef chuck roasts for poor man's briskets! I show you a super simple beef rub perfect for your briskets of ANY size!

Check back next week for when we cook these roasts in benefit of an experiment finding out the difference between wrapping your brisket at the stall and not!

Brisket Rub Recipe:

2 parts coarse kosher salt
2 parts brown sugar
1 part smoked paprika
1 part black pepper
half part garlic powder
half part onion powder
