Surge in Hindutva Attacks on Muslims Ahead of Eid al-Adha

In the days before Eid al-Adha, attacks by Hindutva groups on Muslims have surged in several Indian states. These groups have targeted Muslims transporting cattle for sacrifice, resulting in fear, injuries, and damage to properties. Despite declining support for Hindutva parties, violence against Muslims persists, even in states governed by secular parties like Congress.
