Jesus and the Holy Spirit

What is the position of the Holy Spirit or also called in scripture the Holy Ghost? Pastor teaches in this study the difference between Jesus and the Holy Spirit due to todays teaching by mainstream churches that get caught up in the Holy Spirit and glorify him rather than understand his position is to point to Jesus.
