Cleaning up a mobile home that was from my daughter in order to sell it. 2022

March 2022. We had a very very bad idea to buy this mobile home for Monica in 2020!! We lost a lot of money ! It cost 102k, she stayed only 6 months there, then she went to live in Davis because she got accepted at university. So for more than 1 year we were paying the monthly parking fee, one thousands a month and nobody was living there. We got a real estate to try to sell this mobile home, and he did nothing for us. So after one year we decided to change the real estate, and they were wonderful, in only 3 months we were able to sell it !! Before selling they asked us to do a lot of repairs, that cost us a lot of money!! We sold the house for 80k...We lost a lot of money in that mobile home. But we were very happy to be free! No more mobile home!! The park fee was too expensive too. A complete nightmare!
