Chad Bianco Is a LEGEND For This....

This video was originally released around the beginning of December, 2020. With this speech, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco was officially GOAT'ed, and his name was changed to GigaChad Bianco. This was one of the best speeches I heard from anyone in a position of power in 2020. Chad Bianco has had my full support from that day on.
